Description
YSM-10T strip and wire forming machine, the wire diameter is Ø0.1 – 1.0 mm, thickness of strip is 0.04-0.5mm, and max width of strip is 10mm. The feeding section is controlled by gripping system, so it can be made with great precision to ±0.005mm minimum.
YSM-10T can produce many kinds of products, such as small electronic component in computer, smartphone or lighting components, etc.
YSM also supports the press and forming tool to produce parts with its machine. Due to the advanced technology and durability offered by YSM, YSM machines for both strip and wire are widely respected by customers in the automotive industry. With regard to sheet-metal forming, YSM does not adopt the continual mold design but pre-press the sheet and put the sheet onto machines for the forming process, which successfully reduces waste.
