Description
YSM CNC-38T is equipped with three sets of servo motors, including feeding, stamping, and forming axis. Each axis can be controlled separately in order to achieve the demands of a variety of products. The feeding section is equipped with four rollers that can adjust the length precisely. Moreover, the forming slides can be upgraded to double cams, so it will be driven by backward cam when forming tool returns, enhancing the safety during the operation, preventing forming tools from stuck, and extending the lifetime of the equipment.
The wire diameter is Ø1.5-5.0mm, thickness of strip is 0.8-2.0mm, and max width of strip is 50mm.
YSM also supports the press and forming tool to produce parts with its machine. Due to the advanced technology and durability offered by YSM, YSM machines for both strip and wire are widely respected by customers in different industries. With regard to sheet-metal forming, YSM does not adopt the continual mold design but pre-press the sheet and put the sheet onto machines for the forming process, which successfully reduces waste.
